Replacement and refunds

If the material you receive is not as you ordered or the material has been damaged, please return it to us within 14 days for a refund or replacement.

Shipping costs

Shipping and handling by courier within New Zealand costs $15.00 for sizes up to 10x12", and $30.00 for larger sizes.
